Centra Point

In 2007, Odyssey managed the operations and asset strategy of Centra Point, a 26 acre, master planned office park located in the West Village area of Las Vegas, Nevada. The park, which was built in phases from 2003-2006, is comprised of eight separate buildings (seven offices, one retail) totaling 386,264 square feet.  Located in the high growth corridor of the Southwest Las Vegas submarket, the project is situated less than ten miles west of McCarran Airport and the Las Vegas Strip.   Major tenants include Pulte Homes, State Farm Insurance, H&R Block Wells Fargo and Stewart Title of Nevada.
