Odyssey, in conjunction with a joint venture partner, acquired three buildings within the Marnell Corporate Center in January 2008.  The acquisition, totaling 176,960 SF, consists of MCC 3 (68,454 sf), MCC 6 (14,831 sf) and MCC 4 (93,675 sf).  At time of purchase, the major tenants included Cox Communications, Lennar Homes, Turnberry and the law firm Rosenfeld, Roberson, Johns and Durant.

The Marnell Corporate Center, which encompasses approximately 400,000 sf, consists of six buildings featuring steel frame construction with an exterior skin of anodized aluminum and glass.  The office park is strategically located at the intersection of Interstate Highway 15 and Interstate Highway 215 (i.e., Las Vegas' "Beltway") and is adjacent to McCarran International Airport and the newly constructed Town Square Lifestyle Center.  The Marnell Corporate Center offers its tenants an office environment with high visibility and ease of access to all major points in the Las Vegas Valley.
