Pecos Legacy is a +/- 76,000 square foot retail center located in the middle of the Green Valley neighborhood of Henderson, NV. Purchased in 2006, the property is anchored by a 24-Hour Fitness and boasts a diverse tenant roster providing services to the surrounding community.  As asset manager, Odyssey oversees the strategic leasing, operational and value-creation efforts at the property.  Of special note, Odyssey identified a potential pad development site on the property, worked with the City of Henderson to rezone it for a drive-through use, and is now marketing that site to various potential tenants for a build-to-suit.
