Stephanie Mazza - Asset Management & Acquisitions

Ms. Mazza has 12 years experience in real estate asset management, accounting, and underwriting.  In her current position with Odyssey Real Estate Capital, Ms. Mazza is in charge of the asset management for Marnell Corporate Center.  Additionally, Ms. Mazza prepares Argus valuations and conducts due diligence for potential acquisitions.  From 2004-2007, Ms. Mazza was with Centra Properties, a Las Vegas based real estate investment and development company, where she was a member of the accounting team preparing the audited financial statements and managed cash flows for Centra's portfolio of companies.  She also worked with the underwriting team where she did valuation modeling for prospective investment opportunities.  Prior to Centra, Ms. Mazza worked in various aspects of commercial real estate in the Dallas and Atlanta markets.  Ms. Mazza sits on the board of CREW-Las Vegas as Co-Vice President of Programs.

Ms. Mazza holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
