Special Projects

Mrs. Schwartz joined Odyssey Realty in February of 2017. In her role as a property manager, she manages various types of commercial properties ranging from Class A and Medical office buildings to neighborhood retail and industrial. Her duties include drafting annual operating and capital budgets, ownership reporting, and CAM reconciliations. She also coordinates service with all outside vendors and acts as a liaison between ownership and tenant. Alongside her duties as a property manager, Sara works on a variety of projects including tenant representation in commercial leasing, tenant improvement construction management, and management of Odyssey’s industrial warehouse development project in
Santa Fe, NM.  She is a US Navy Veteran who holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate and urban economics from University of Nevada Las Vegas and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University.
